About Arapey Font

Arapey is a modern serif typeface designed by Eduardo Tunni. The first sketches of this typography were made while on a vacation in Arapey, a small town in northern Uruguay, hence its name. The font appearance is crisp and modern while echoing the classical Bodoni heritage.

Although Arapey font style is reminiscent of Bodoni, its structure, soft lines and finishes give the words that use it a calm and noble feeling. The italics are gentle and rhythmic, bringing special charm to the use of text and titles.

This font family comes with two styles, Regular & Italic, including all Latin characters (including accents), numbers, special characters, and punctuation. Arapey Font is very suitable for poster design, packaging, and setting of large and medium-sized inscriptions. Due to its peculiarities, the typeface may also look good even on posters in large academic theaters.
