About College Font
College is a tough headliner designed by Matthew Welch. It comes with 4 weights: regular, bold, semi-condensed, and condensed. Lighter weights exude a clean, no-nonsense look while thicker weights exude strength and character. College font features geometric figures with square slab serifs. A hard-working family can jump from the side of an industrial building to a sports magazine in no time. College not only works great for sports; it’s also great for school, construction, prison, police, or military themes.
Note of the author
Not very original, but darn collegiate, don’t you think? I thought this would be cool in font form, and I realized that in order to be really useful, it had to be made with a different thickness and width. So I made them. There is a block serif on the uppercase characters. Lowercase letters are simpler letters.
